The Drad Cast Is Where It’s Happening!
So awesome 🙂
Holy crap! This is the best news I’ve heard all week!
Can we re-number this episode 007? 🙂
Yes we can, and did! You are now officially hosting Episode 007! 🙂
haha – AWESOME!
Great episode. I am super excited to see this new thing that will be released to speed up WordPress !!!!!
This was a great interview and illustrates that the WordPress community is lucky to have Matt at the helm. He is a sharp pragmatic individual that is definitely aware of his surroundings and is very thoughtful. I thought his answer about a marketplace of premium plugins was spot on. I’ve looked at both Joomla and Concrete5 and felt that users were nickel and dimed for basic functionality, but I don’t feel that way with WordPress and I am a big fan of some premium plugins, such as, Gravity Forms and the Event Calendar by Modern Tribe. Matt is looking at the bigger picture and thinking long term about what is best for the WordPress community which is it’s biggest strength.
BTW, I’m glad to see Brad and Dre continuing with their own podcasts. I was a fan of the Late Night podcasts. They have a good chemistry and are very knowledgeable.
Does anyone have a link to the story about the South African company selling the $49 theme for a shit load?
